Diane Mortiere

Diane Mortiere serves as the Director of Medical Services for SentinelMED. She manages the pool of medical escorts, medical equipment, escort training, and credentialing.

Diane also works as an Emergency Department Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center in Washington, D.C., where she has been clinically active for over 30 years.

For 16 years, Diane previously managed the medical team for a large global medical travel assistance company based in Washington, D.C. Diane has been the medical lead for teams conducting auditing and certification of air ambulance providers domestically and internationally. She has been called upon to deploy and respond to several mass causality events involving international travelers, including the Asian Tsunami in Thailand in 2004 and the crash of an Air France flight in Toronto in 2005.

Diane is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Emergency Nurses Association, Society of Trauma Nurses, and (International Society of Travel Medicine. She is certified in ACLS, BLS, ATCN, TNCC, PALS, and CEN.
