When you are feeling ill or have a non-emergent concern, the last thing you want to do is go sit in a busy emergency room or urgent care waiting room for hours on end only to have a brief, impersonal, and expensive visit with a hurried provider. There is another option!

When you call SentinelMED, we will arrange to have one of our providers come see you at a time and location that are convenient to you, and typically all at a fraction of the cost of a typical ER visit. Our providers will spend time talking to you, examining you, and then providing you with any necessary prescriptions or referrals to a higher level of care.

Our contracted providers are all fully licensed and our roster is constantly updated. We use feedback from every patient to rate our providers and maintain the highest quality of medical care and customer service.

We are happy to work with all travel assistance providers, hotels and companies to deliver quality and compassionate care to their customers, wherever they are.

How It Works
When you submit a request for a house call, our operator will contact you to obtain your personal information, the nature of your medical concern, and your preferred treatment location and time. If your complaint is appropriate for a house call, we will assign one of our vetted providers to your case and revert back to you to confirm the time and location of your visit. The provider will come to your location and provide whatever care is appropriate. At the end of your visit, you will be provided with a copy of the medical record generated from the encounter to submit to your insurance company or third party payer for reimbursement. If necessary and authorized by you, our provider can take a follow-up call from your regular provider or insurance provider to give further details of the visit.

Our Medical Staff
Our network of Providers (Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) hail from all over the Continental US and are specifically chosen for both their clinical and interpersonal skills. We are constantly updating our provider pool based on customer feedback to ensure we only have the top providers in the industry. When possible, we will accommodate requests for providers who speak foreign languages.

We have providers in most major US cities and are always adding coverage areas as demand justifies.
